Colleague Reporting

Thank you for choosing to use the Support Report Respect platform. Your report helps the University to address and prevent harassment and sexual misconduct, as well as monitor trends across our community.

This form is for Leeds Beckett University employees. The student version of this form (either for students or for those making a disclosure on behalf of a student) can be found here.

You can use this form to report bullying, any form of harassment or sexual misconduct (which also includes sexual violence) and request support.

Submitting a report lets the University know that something has happened, but it will not automatically instigate a formal investigation or complaint. 

Your report will be seen by the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI Team).  If you've requested support, a member of the team will aim to respond to you within 3 working days.You will only be contacted if you've requested support and you've shared your contact details.

The information you provide will only be seen by the EDI Team unless there is a need to pass it on to other relevant people who are in a position to help resolve issues, but this will be with your permission. This will be done on a strictly need to know basis and with the highest degree of confidentially.

In certain, limited circumstances, the University may judge that action is required even if you are not requesting any. This will be done in accordance with our duty of care guidance, (for example if there is reason to believe that an individual is at significant risk of harm). 

 Important: this form should not be used to access urgent support.
