Important information

Visitors to our university and third parties can disclose incident(s) of unacceptable behaviour, either to themselves or someone else, via our anonymous online reporting form here.

Before you begin, please read the following important information:

The Support Report Respect reporting tool is not a crisis or emergency service. It is really important that, if you are worried about your mental health, you contact your GP or NHS 111 for advice. If you are having a mental health crisis, you can call a local NHS mental health helpline for 24-hour advice and support. If you have a GP in West Yorkshire the number to call is (freephone) 0800 183 0558. If you live in another region please use this link: Find a local NHS urgent mental health helpline

You can also find information about how to access urgent or out of hours support in Leeds by clicking here.

After you submit your report, you will not receive a reply.

This is because we do not record your contact details, and this is an anonymous reporting platform.
