FinTech Graduate Development Programme - Employer Expression of Interest
Join us for our FinTech Employer Connect Day - a chance to meet graduates who have recently completed our 6 week FinTech Graduate Development Programme, delivered by FinTech North and Leeds Beckett University in collaboration with Graduates West Yorkshire (delivered by Gradconsult in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority).
Employer Connect Day - Monday 20th April 2026
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
The North of England is a growing FinTech hub, and sustained growth depends on a strong pipeline of skills. By partnering with employers, we can develop future‑ready talent, strengthen the regional economy, and create meaningful opportunities for graduates and businesses alike. This programme is designed to give graduates real exposure to FinTech workplaces and a clear understanding of the sector’s breadth and opportunities. For employers, it’s a chance to showcase your business and connect with future talent - and if you’re looking to hire, even better. The programme enables you to meet graduates first-hand before they enter the job market.

9:30–10:45am, Breakfast & Connect: Have live graduate role(s) to fill? Join us at Breakfast and Connect to meet talented graduates, explore their skills and showcase the opportunities you’re hiring for.
11am–4pm, Employer Challenge: Introduce a short problem, scenario, or idea for graduates to explore. Graduates will then spend the afternoon developing their responses. The day concludes with graduates presenting their solutions - a great opportunity to see their creativity, problem‑solving, and communication skills in action.
