Booking Details

Get Set 2026 is an opportunity for you to find out about Disability Services and the support and reasonable adjustments that are available whilst you are studying here.

The events will include:

  • Presentations about Disability Services and the process for setting up Reasonable Adjustments
  • Parent / guardian Q&A session
  • Information about Disabled Students Allowances
  • A campus and library tour
  • An opportunity to meet with representatives from different University services
  • Get Ready to Study Workshop
  • Accommodation Tour (optional)

Refreshments and lunch vouchers will be provided.

Please select the date you will be attending:

  • City campus – Tuesday 25 August 2026 10.00 – 15.00
  • Headingley campus – Thursday 27 August 2026 10.00 – 15.00

Accommodation

If you are moving into university arranged accommodation at Arena Village, Marsden House or Carnegie Village you may be able to have a tour of the residence during your Get Set event, please express your interest below and we will provide further information at a later date.

Access Requirements

We are planning these events to be as inclusive as possible. If you or your guests have any access needs or specific requests that you would like us to be aware of (e.g. BSL interpreter, accessible car parking, dietary requirements), please let us know in the box below or contact us.
