Money Support
The Money Support Team is responsible for administering funds that provide additional financial support. We process applications for financial assistance from the Access to Learning Fund (ALF), the Additional Fee Support Scheme (AFSS); Short Term Loans and emergency assistance.
We run a daily student money support drop-in session Mon – Thurs between 13.30 – 14.30 and Friday’s between 10 -12noon from the Rose Bowl Student Hub* in order to help advise and help students in financial difficulty.

Money Advice
The Money Advice team provides confidential specialist advice to current and prospective students about student funding, budgeting, debt and welfare benefit entitlement.
They can advise on the financial implications of changing course, withdrawing or taking time out from study.
Our Money Advice Team run a dedicated Telephone advice line on 0113 8125593, between the hours of 10am-1pm on Tuesday & Thursday’s*. Calls to the advice line are limited to 15 minutes, but follow-up appointments can be arranged with an adviser if required.
