INVESTMENT & CAREER OPPORTUNITY

(IN CONJUNCTION WITH REDMAYNE BENTLEY STOCKBROKERS)

Redmayne Bentley Stockbrokers are once again to run a VIRTUAL investment club for students.This will provide an opportunity for students to more closely understand how the financial markets operate and to gain insight in to a possible future career path.

Participation will help students thinking about placements or permanent employment alternatives, and also provide great self-development opportunities.The club will run during Semester 1 and will finish before Christmas, before the university assessment period.

All students are invited to come along to an introductory presentation by Redmayne Bentley on Tuesday, 18^th October 2015, in RB Lecture Theatre C (5.30pm to 7.00pm).Redmayne Bentley will provide background information and explain how the investment club will work.

Students will invest “virtual” money.They will operate in groups.Members of the group which makes the most money up to Christmas will each receive £100.

ALL STUDENTS FROM ANY COURSE WITHIN THE FACULTY (UNDERGRADUATE OR POSTGRADUATE) ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE.
