A fantastic opportunity to get involved in an exciting student hackathon which will see you working in teams of 5 on a business/technology based problem. Sponsored by Google and the global logistics firm Hermes who will set you the challenge, facilitate the day and support your ideas.
Create a pioneering app, web application, digital assistant, chatbot or anything else you can imagineer!
In true Dragons Den style there will be an opportunity to present and pitch your team ideas to solving the business problem set and there are some great prizes to be won.
Information sessions on 16th March at Headingley and City Campus is for you to hear directly from the Hermes Innovation Centre about the event and for you to sign up to be part of a team.
The date of the hackathon will be Wednesday 29th March and you will need to be able to commit to the full day.
Open to budding entrepreneurs, project managers, developers and any creative thinkers who thrive working in an innovative team based environment.
Open to all and maybe of particular interest to students studying creative, computing and business related courses.
