Just to let you know that all the UTravelActive volunteering opportunities are now on our website at http://www.utravelactive.org.uk/volunteer/
We are looking for student and staff volunteers who are interested in the following roles: Events and Campaigns Assistant, Marketing and Promotions Assistant, Walk Leader, Bike Ride Leader, Bike Hub Assistant, and Active Travel Champion. There will be Sustrans or CTC ride leader training and CTC bike maintenance training offered to volunteers in the Ride Leader and Bike Hub roles.
Please see the individual role descriptions downloadable from the website for further information on each. I’d be grateful if you could circulate these to any other staff or students who might be interested. We are also advertising via the SU Volunteer Hub and the Carnegie Sports Volunteers programme.
Under the ‘Events’ section of our website you will now find a calendar too, which should make it easier to see upcoming activities.
