THRIVE - Psychoeducation for your academic success
Thrive is a programme of workshops focused on supporting your wellbeing and study, facilitated by the School-based Wellbeing Practitioners. We recognise that how we feel can impact our academic, psychological and emotional life.
Your sense of wellbeing has an influence on how you feel and engage with your learning, and your learning and performance influences your wellbeing, so paying attention to both learning and wellbeing can help on your academic journey.
Attend our workshops if you want to:
- Work on times when you might procrastinate or avoid work and understand why this might occur
- Get advice and guidance on managing mood to help you feel able to approach life and study
- Learn how to manage stress to better perform in exams and assessment
- Understand and manage perfectionism if it impacts your productivity and how you feel
- Get help with anxious feelings arising from life moving on post pandemic
- Get a better sleep and routine to benefit your mood, memory and ability to learn
We have a range of workshops running throughout the year. Sign up here to help you thrive in both life and study at Leeds Beckett.
