How it works
Our programme connects mentees with experienced mentors, often recent graduates who are now working in your field of interest. The mentoring process is voluntary, focusing on mutual respect, constructive feedback, openness, and a willingness to learn and share.

- Exploring career options
- Navigating the UK jobs market
- Networking
- Wrapping up
Each session will last about an hour. Meetings will be arranged through Beckett Connect, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both your and your mentor’s commitments.
