If you wish to do a placement, please go to MyBeckett Portal employability and click onto InPlace where you will find many placement opportunities advertised.

Doing a placement year will help you gain a clear advantage over the competition when you graduate. You will have the opportunity to build your experience and confidence by putting theory into practice in a real live working environment.

We have a long history of supporting undergraduate students with work placements and excellent links with companies that are keen to recruit our students. It is your responsibility to find a placement but you have a dedicated team of friendly and helpful staff to support you with comprehensive application and pre-placement advice. We deliver a series of lectures at the beginning of the year and there are workshops and other support activities to assist you as the year progresses. Do try to take full advantage of all the support offered.

Once you have found a placement we will need to know all about it so please go to MyBeckett Portal employability and click onto InPlace to self-register your placement.

MyHub Employability also offers great careers advice and you will be able to book CV clinics, register for careers events as well as find graduate and volunteering opportunities.

Online gambling company bet365 is looking to recruit up to 70 people to support its development teams in Stoke-on-Trent.

The company is launching its first satellite technology office in Manchester's Spring Gardens in May and is already in the process of recruiting candidates.
